When to Expect Your Order
Due to increased shipping volumes this holiday season, please expect potential delays from all major carriers.
We generally process orders within one business day from when the order was placed. Our estimated delivery date for your order is based on your shipping address and the shipping method you select. Durations below are estimates.
Usually 4-10 business days. A shipping charge of $19.99 will apply for orders less than USD$250.
Depending on your carrier, please check UPS.com, USPS.com, or FedEx.com for for more details along with possible delays due to holiday schedules.
* Please note, orders may be shipped with signature required.
* Please contact us to make special arrangements if you will not be home to accept the package.
At Amala, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your Amala purchase, you may return new unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
You may returned opened products within 30 days for a full refund as long as less than 30% of the product has been used.
Items that are Not Refundable:
- Products without original packaging
- Products where 30% or more have been used
- Products purchased more than 30 days from date of return request
Packing & Sending Your Return
Returned products will not be accepted without a return authorization number. Please see our Return Policy above to find out how to obtain a return authorization number.
Once you receive your return authorization number;
- Pack the items along with the packing slip securely in a box.
- Affix a shipping label to the outside of the box.
- Label the outside of the box with your return authorization number provided by the customer service representative.
- Drop the package off at the appropriate shipping location.

Amala is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. To protect against loss or damage, please insure your package.*
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
If the item to be returned was not sold by amalabeauty.hk, you will need to contact the seller where you purchased the products for the return. Please note, a valid receipt from amalabeauty.hk is required for all returns.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Currently, AmalaBeauty.hk only ships to Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, Singapore, and the Philippines . Customers are responsible for any importation costs or duties (if applicable). Please visit your local customs website for details.

If you are not sure whether your order has been shipped, you can check the status of your orders in My Account.
Inventory is only reserved for your order after you complete the ordering process and receive an email confirmation. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve inventory of that item for you.
Items may be noted as “out of stock”. This means this item is currently out of stock and is not available for ordering. Please check back regularly to place your order.
Amala, at times, will allow our customers to “Pre-Order”, new product releases or seasonal offerings. If you want to pre-order an item, we will ship it to you once the release date passes and the item is made available to us for shipment.
