When to Expect Your Order

We process orders within one business day from when the order was placed. Our estimated delivery date for your order is based on your shipping address and the shipping method you select. Durations below are estimates. Please check www.dhl.com for more details along with possible delays due to holiday schedules.

Orders will ship via DHL and will ship within 1 business day from the time you place your order. 

Please allow 8-10 business days for transit time.

A shipping charge of $19.99 will apply for orders less than USD$150.

Returns Policy

At Amala, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your Amala purchase, you may return new unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

You may returned opened products within 30 days for a full refund as long as less than 30% of the product has been used. 

Items that are Not Refundable:

  • Products without original packaging
  • Products where 30% or more have been used
  • Products purchased more than 30 days from date of return request

Return Shipping Labels

You (customer) will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the product.  Please note, return shipping will require postage to the United States.

    International Shipping

    This site is intended for the following countries: Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore and Malaysia. Customers are responsible for any importation costs or duties (if applicable). By using this site you agree that you may be responsible for any importation costs or duties levied on your order.

    Tracking Packages

    You can track your package when logged into your account.

    If you are not sure whether your order has been shipped, you can check the status of your orders in My Account.

    Item Availability

    Inventory is only reserved for your order after you complete the ordering process and receive an email confirmation. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve inventory of that item for you.

    Items may be noted as “out of stock”. This means this item is currently out of stock and is not available for ordering. Please check back regularly to place your order.

    Amala, at times, will allow our customers to “Pre-Order”, new product releases or seasonal offerings. If you want to pre-order an item, we will ship it to you once the release date passes and the item is made available to us for shipment.
